Is MzansiAcademyKids really ad-free?
Yes, completely. No ad SDKs, no sponsored behavioural ads, ever — this is a permanent product commitment, not a limited-time promotion.
What ages is this for?
MzansiAcademyKids is designed for children from Preschool 2 (around age 2) through Grade 4 (around age 10). Content, difficulty, and vocabulary are adapted to each child's grade level.
Which languages are available right now?
Setswana is available today as our launch language. isiZulu and Sepedi are next, followed by Xitsonga, Tshivenda, isiXhosa, and more — see our Features page for the full roadmap.
How does the free trial work?
Every new family gets a 15-day free trial with full access and no card required. After the trial, continuing requires a Pro subscription (R60/month or R600/year).
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel any time from Settings inside the app. Cancelling stops future renewal — you keep access until the end of your current paid period.
Is my child's data safe?
Yes. We follow South Africa's POPIA regulations: no location data, no long-term audio storage, no social features, and no advertising SDKs for children under 13. See our Privacy Policy for full detail.
I'm already a guardian — where do I get support in the app?
Open the app and go to More → Support to submit a ticket directly, which our team reviews. This page is for general or pre-signup questions.
